We will be arriving in Frankfurt at 7:20 am and leaving for Turin at 5:00 pm. It %26#39;s our first trip to Frankurt. Does anyone have any suggestions for things to see or do? Places to eat? I understand the train station to get to the city is in the airport. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Frankfurt can be easily visited from the airport. The subway takes you to the center in 15 or so minutes (S-Bahn), the fare is around 4US$ each way. Check

for an idea of the city and what to do. For meals in the city, if the weather is nice one of the cafes near the old opera, other than that give one of the restaurants on the %26quot;Fressgasse%26quot; (Große Bockenheinmer Straße) a try. Garibaldi off the Fressgasse is one of my favorite Italian restaurants, it is a bit loud and and can get overcrowded, but its decent food and its central location make up for it. Might work for you.
