Roemerberg

I will be in Frankfurt for the day next month.

The Roemerberg was recommended to me. I believe it is the old part of town.

Can you let me know how I can get there from the airport.

a) S-Bahn S8 or S9 from Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1 to Hauptwache (#18 on the above map). Than walk the 400-500 m to Römerberg.

Travel time to Hauptwache is 16 min.

b) Change at Hauptbahnhof (main railway station, travel time 11 min) and from there by tram or U-Bahn to the stops %26quot;Dom/Römer%26quot; or %26quot;Römer/Paulskirche%26quot;.

a) is faster

Ticket price is the same to all stops in Frankfurt: EUR 3,55
