Taxi from Schonefeld airport

Can anybody tell me how much a taxi is from the airport to central Berlin please?

Depends where in central Berlin. Berlin is a huge city without a single centre.

Schönefeld Airport to Alexanderplatz is 22 km. Approx. EUR 28,50 by taxi.

Single ticket for public transport is EUR 2,10. To anywhere in Berlin.

unless you have moutains of baggage and a string of children the speediest and cheapest is by train which calls at all the main rail stations to Berlin Zoo, then get a cab or simply use the S or U bahn.

Hotels offer a car service, the Marriott cosrs EUR90 I think!

As long as you don%26#39;t arrived late in the evening I would recommend taking the airport express to Central Berlin. It%26#39;s easy to use, quick and cheap.

A taxi will cost you around 30 euro ... it depends a bit of where you need to go in Central Berlin.
