Could you please advise on the best time to shop in Munich? Which is the period with the lowest prices or discounts for shopping?

Mo-Sa 9:30 - 20:00 - because the shops are closed at the other times.
For clothes, shoes etc.
There is no official sales period anymore. Many shops still do a winter sales at the traditinal dates however: last week of January and first week of February.
As the winter was till today a no-show in Germany, the shops have lot%26#39;s of winter stuff they want to get rid off.
