Am wanting to travel to Berlin, Tallinn and Riga this Summer with a mate. We live in Blackpool so will likely be travelling Liverpool - Berlin and then flying in and out of there to Tallinn and Riga. Can anyone recommend any decent, but reasonably priced hotels in Tallinn and / or Riga. Berlin is not a problem as we have been there before and know %26quot;they lay of the land%26quot;. Hotels will need to be reasonably centrally-located (although not necessarily too much so, as we love using trams, metro, etc.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

We booked Hotel Colonna in Riga through select-latvia.com. Very central and generally OK but lack of air-conditioning was a disadvantage in July heatwave.There is also select-estonia.com.
Hotels are (perhaps surprisingly) quite a bit more expensive in Tallinn and Riga than they are in Berlin.

Hotel central in Talinn is adequate -clean, breakfast included , good location. If you want to spend a little more then Viru hotel, or Tallink SAS hotel.
Make plans in advance as places do fill up in the summertime.
I took a flight from Talinn to Berlin on easyjet for 39€ or 78€ with return.
